Cheesy BBQ chicken dip

I just wanna share this simple masterpiece I am currently eating. So grilling up my chicken I realized, I really don't want bland grilled chicken right now. Feeling in the mood for BBQ chicken dip it dawned on me.... Cheesy BBQ chicken dip, duh! Took out my magic bullet, cut up the chicken and added BBQ sauce to mix it around. Then I took a bowl and layered thinly sliced Swiss cheese throughout the process. Threw it in the microwave for 45 seconds so the cheese could melt some more, and I must say. Simple, yet so delicious!

    Ooh, I think that would be really good stuffed into halved mini peppers as an appetizer!

    I eat bowls of shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and cheese. It's sort of a pulled chicken sandwich minus the sandwich. :)
