Long Time

So I have been loosing weight for a long time, and recently I had my wisdom teeth removed. When that happened it threw my diet out of line completely and reminded me of how nice it felt to just eat sweets all day. Due to that im not feeling as motivated as i once was to continue loosing weight, and so many foods are now much more tempting than they once were. What should I do?

Hang in there you are speaking to a fellow sweet lover lol. There are lots of sweets that are not that high in calories just make sure u count them in your daily allowance. As soon as you start to restrict what you eat you will crave it and feel miserable, there have been times when I have skipped a meal and eaten a giant share bag of haribo instead.0
