Weight loss comes from a caloric deficit - i.e. eating less.
Exercise is for fitness.
What is 310? 310 what? 310 miles? 310 minutes? 310 hours?0 -
310 what? enough in what sense?0

Even eating healthy can make you fat. Too much of food makes you fat in general. You can eat everything you want just watch your portions. If you input your stats and log accurately, you will lose weight without any exercise. Calorie deficit alone is enough.0

Its about the deficit, exercise can help but controlling the amount you eat comes first.0

When it comes to health and wellness, diet is 80% of the equation.
Our fitness level is all about exercise. 300 to me is barely getting started. My number is 1080.
The point is exercise is relative to our individual fitness goals.
Eating to a deficit is the only way to lose weight, and exercise helps with this.
Again, yes, 300 is enough.
Good Luck!

For exercise, an hour a day is a good starting point (whatever number that is). Some people need more than that and some less.0
