Hello everyone, I am looking for people who are willing to share their food diarys with me, so I can get some new ideas of different food combos that work for weight loss. I feel like I am eating the same items over and over again, and I don't want to loose motivation. I am on a 1370 cal./day goal and have about 75lbs to loose. Anyone interested in being my mentor? I would love to hear any tips or suggestions you have for things that have worked for you! Looking forward to connecting with you!
