Hi, Folks-
So I've lost roughly 124 lbs in 2 years. Super exciting, and I am very proud of my progress. I am just EIGHT lbs away from my goal. But, for the past month, my weight keeps fluctuating. I'll drop 3-4 lbs, then gain them back, then lose them again. It's almost like my body is refusing to lose anymore, which is super frustrating because I just want to get to the number I've had in my head for two years.
I exercise 5-6 days a week, a mix between kickboxing, running, circuit training and strength. I don't eat a lot of carbs or sugar. I drink a ton of water and green tea. Admittedly my diet wasn't as great last week as it usually is, it was my birthday week and I went out a lot. So I'm thinking that could have something to do with it.
Thoughts? Advice? Encouragement?
Thank you

Could be random fluctuations. Could be that you're now eating at maintenance. Could be that a month isn't time enough to judge.0

Congratulations on your loss!! What do you calculate your total calorie deficit to be each day, on average? Have you changed your goals in MFP for 0.5 lbs/week loss?0

Congrats on an awesome loss
those last pounds are the slowest and hardest! tighten up the logging as a few hundred cals make all the difference...you'll get there, just be patient

we don't know your stats so it's hard to tell
but weigh everything if you aren't already.
these last pounds will be a killer
