Hit a road block

Ok so I've never posted before, and I keep relatively private but right now I kind of need some help! So I normally weigh about 160 and through OK diet and exercise I can get down to about the 150 area. Whenever I get down to 150 I always get really excited and then the weight comes back on. I'm at 150 now and I keep thinking I can keep losing weight, but that's exactly what I thought last time and I went up to 160 again! Any tips for sticking with it? Any help is really appreciated thanks!

Keep logging everything you eat and stay around your calorie goal.

Keep calm and keep doing what has been working. It may be that you'd need to lower calories to keep losing, but you won't gain back the weight if you don't start eating more.

The tip for sticking with it is to find a way of eating, at or just under your calorie goal, that you can live with. Not that you view as a "finish line", so to speak, but as a way of life.

Good advice to keep calm, keep logging and stay the course.

Sounds like you just lose focus and slip into old habits....keep focused on how good you feel and decide how much more you would really like to lose or if 150 is your happy place just aim to stay at that place - thats why its good to weigh in regularly so you can take action before you start letting weight go on again.

You CAN lose, you just have to keep consistent.

Stop dieting, make a lifestyle change with a nutrition and exercise/activity plan. You will never be "done", you need to constantly evolve.
