How long does it take to build a shredded aesthetics physique for men like a physique competitor ? With normal genetics. 5 years ?

    Watch this. It took this guy around six months but personally I wouldn't want to do it...

    I want to look like that guy

    (ps: he didn't add much if any mass though - just got shredded with what he had.)
