My husband hides stuff from the kids. Then i find it and he's out of luck.
This, of course, will only work for the kids as long as they are shorter than we are. Since the kids are 5 feet tall and 4'9", and we are both about 5'4", i think we will be screwed soon enough.0 -

I did 2 weeks of intermittent fasting. I did an every other day cycle. Perhaps that is what you are looking for? I would eat my normal deficit one day, and then only 500 calories the next day. Back and forth. It worked pretty well.0

2 twix bars, a bag of fritos that i demolished half of last night, and a bag of barbecue chips that a local factory here makes. He can totally have those, they leave this weird film in my mouth....the fritos were a mistake too, waaaay too much salt that sat like a rock in my stomach all night...oops.
I suppose I'll save him a twix.
He only hides the stuff from the kids because they will otherwise get up at 6 am, eat the entire package, then hide the empty package in the trash. I have tried and tried to teach them moderation, and i feel like I'm talking to a wall. Sigh. So we just put it out of reach, then let them know it's in the house and they can have a portion when they want one. I hope someday, moderation sinks in, but i know pre-teen and teen boys don't tend to know the meaning, lol0 -

Again, I want good and bad with calorie cycling. But, I'd like real info on it. Not just "my friend like tried it and like didn't like it and like got really sick from
Doing it." That is not what I'm looking for.
If you're not for it, just tell me why. Don't be a judge mental jerk. Just give me some info. I appreciate the real info so far. Anyone else that has some info on it would be appreciated.
If you want specific answers to a specific question, first, you must ask a specific question. How do we know your definition of "calorie cycling"? It is a vague concept that could be interpreted many ways. Since you didn't define exactly what you are considering, answers will be all over the place.0
