Quick healthy lunch ideas?

Looking for something quick and easy to make for my lunch any ideas?

    today I packed my hubby a few hardboiled eggs, some raw broccoli with a little cup of ranch dressing, and a quest bar. Other days he gets a sandwich, fruit or veggies, and a protein bar/nuts/yogurt.
