Need some help, cut and build muscle

I am able to work out 4 days a week, one workout in the morning and one in the afternoon. I want to cut and build muscle. I will be doing cardio in the morning, but I need some type of routine for the afternoon. I will be working out Mon, Tues Thurs, and Friday. My morning workout will consist of 45 min to an hour on elliptical. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Pick a strength rep scheme, since you won't be making size gains on a cut, and focus on big compound movements. You may want to mix in some HIIT sessions in place of the steady state cardio.

    Good luck

Cardio burns muscle tissue. Get a good strength routine and switch to a cutting diet. As for belly fat... that 's ALL diet man and it will take time.

What macros do you follow for belly fat and cutting?

I cut out all processed carbs. I can not tell you really what macros I hit as I stopped logging when I started eating clean. The belly fat started melting off when I cut the processed food out and try to only eat low GI carbs, such as quinoa and sweet potato.

Try researching the Anabolic Diet. I do something similar to it.
