Hi!
My name is Lisa and I've been struggling with my wait for several years. I'm wanting to lose it and maintain it. I have no problems working out because I workout 5 and 6 days a week between The Firm Videos and Prevention, Leslie Sansone and Zumba I rotate workouts but the acales not budging Argh! Lol! So I believe it's partly because I'm in the beginning stages of menopause and emotional issues ( my mom died a little over a year ago) so I've started back on Larry North's plan and working out 6 days a week hoping in a couple more days I'll see the scale go down
