No more hypertension

after 61 days on MFP and working out 4-5 days a week, I started with extremely high blood pressure and today I'm on the low end of "pre-hypertension." My doc asked me if I wanted meds 3 months ago and I told him I would work on it myself and BOOM!

That's great. Losing weight helped me get off of some of my high blood pressure meds and reduce the dose of others. I hope to eventually get off all my blood pressure meds.0

That is awesome! I am just starting out and one of the reasons is because I have really high blood pressure. I really hope that I can have results like you so that I don't have to go on meds. How much weight did you lose?0
