Getting back on track!

I've lost 38 lbs so far and have another 30 to go to goal. With a death in the family and a new position at work I've lost a total of 2.8 lbs in the last month. Any advice on how to get back on track? I start for a day or two and seem to loose focus. I think part of the issue is I have been this size most of my life so I'm pretty comfortable here. I am just aiming to get into a healthy weight range which is a little less than 30 lbs away. Thanks!

If you're happy where you're at, there's little pressure to change. Why do you want to lose the weight? What will be different?

Sounds like you're already on track, you lost 2.8 lbs last month. That's pretty good.

2.8 pounds in a month sounds awesome. What's the problem?

I'm still 30 lbs outside of a healthy weight range. Also I am moderately comfortable but I would love to be able to truly love my body one day.
