Getting back on track!

I've lost 38 lbs so far and have another 30 to go to goal. With a death in the family and a new position at work I've lost a total of 2.8 lbs in the last month. Any advice on how to get back on track? I start for a day or two and seem to loose focus. I think part of the issue is I have been this size most of my life so I'm pretty comfortable here. I am just aiming to get into a healthy weight range which is a little less than 30 lbs away. Thanks!

We've all been here, if it's the feeling your not getting enough to eat why not aim to lose more slowly with a smaller deficit so you don't feel deprived?
To keep on being successful you need to focus on your goal and how great you'll feel when you reach it.
No one can do this for you but you, you have to want it bad enough.
Keep on keeping on0
