So I am going to a baseball game tonight and i plan on eating and drinking the night away lol. My question is all week I have not been eating what my fitbit adjusts. Basically eating at 1200. Tuesday I had 500 calories left, Wednesday i had 150, and yesterday I had 300. ( i didn't work out so its not like I've been working out on the 1200 calories all the extra calories is from steps) So lets say I eat all those extra calories today plus my 1200... would i still be in a deficit? sorry the whole banking calories is a new thing for me.

Yes, although typically you want to eat 1200 calories a day minimum and not starve yourself all week so you can binge on the weekend. Meal timing doesn't matter for weight loss, so you can skip breakfast and eat a big dinner (which is what most people think of when banking calories).

Yes. Tomorrow night my parents are coming over so that mean a whole night of drinking. I've been banking calories all week for tomorrow night so I can enjoy the night.

Yes, overall. Though you'll likely see a temporary scale + in the form of water weight. Give it a few days to go away. (Don't panic LOL.)

Oh Hells to the Yeah! I do it all the time! I concentrate more on my weekly averages than I do my individual daily logs, anyway.

Yes absolutely, go have fun! And eat. You can 'bank' some calories for a special event or weekends. Just remember though if you are eating moderate or low sodium, park food is high in sodium so you may have a pound or two of water weight for a couple days. Enjoy :)

    You are correct!

This has been the best "tool" for me to maintain my weight. It allows me to live my life and attend food/drink focused events.
