hi does anyone have a quick and easy recipe for kale chips??

I rip up the leaves into small pieces and just use enough vegetable oil to lightly coat the leaves (maybe a teaspoon, it's pretty easy to gauge the leaves will look shiny) and cook in a preheated 250° oven for 20 minutes. It's pretty infallible and they're always extremely crispy and good! A sprinkle of salt doesn't hurt but honestly kale is salty enough without it lol hope this helps!0

I do it without the oil. The salt doesn't stick as well, but still good.0
