Finally have a plan

I'm basing this plan on goals I've always had (and never achieved), things I enjoy doing and where I want to be in a month or so.
I always wanted to run a 5k. Therefore, I will be starting a C25K program. Supplement that with rollerblading as well, because I love it.
I've split up my weight training over four days - 2 days of lower body and 2 days of upper body. It's okay to do lower body weights on days I do C25K or rollerblading, right? Or is that too much?
Looking at 4-5 days a week.
Weight right now is 132 lb. I'm 5'5" tall. Looking to build stamina and endurance and begin a solid weight training program.
In about a month or so, I'd love to try a DVD such as Insanity.
