Loud car stereo next to house

Off topic from weight loss, but I'm at my wits end here. We bought our home in the spring and the backyard shares a fence with a public school. There's a playground and basketball court 10ft away from our house.
We obviously expected park noise which isn't an issue at all. At night these stupid punks come and drive there stupid cars onto the basketball court and blast bass heavy music that shakes our whole house. We've called the police, but noise complaints aren't a priority. We've asked them to turn it down with middle finger responses.
I'm ready to shoot a paint ball gun at them.
What do you do?!?!
We're already considering selling, but I love my home and do t think these punks should win.

Get a bunch of neighbours together and get to the BB court first, then stall all night so they have nowhere to go. They will give up in a few days.
