Cauliflower, Bacon, and Gorgonzola soup

I made this tonight, and it was tasty. I roasted a whole head of cauliflower instead of half steamed. It made about 3 - 1 cup servings. I crumbled 1 slice bacon and 0.5 ounces of Gorgonzola. This was very filling and satisfying.
