I think I need to stretch after workouts and I don't know what to do...

I'm doing c25k MWF and lifting Tues/Thurs. Right now I do a 5-10min walk to warmup before doing both. Before that on days I run I do walking lunges and leg swings. After all days I walk 5-10min, until my HR is normal again.
What stretches can I do after exercising to not feel so tight all the time?

    Find time every day to do some yoga. If you are a beginner to yoga, take a class or do the p90x3 yoga video.

    You didn't tell us where you're tight! Search google images for "leg muscles", then youtube for the appopriate stretch. Do it every few hours. :+1:

    Legs, arms, back, neck was all sore and cranky. Much less sore today but I have a few muscles I'm still hearing from.

    I assume yoga & above stretches would be after running/lifting?

    Youtube has some good videos of yoga for runners. Just include post-run in your search.
