Vegetable smoothies- Ninja

My roommate bought a Ninja. It's this super powerful little single serving blender. I like it better than juicing because it keeps all the fiber in your drink. I've tried out filling the cup with Kale (about 2 cups) adding a small handful of baby carrots and a handful of grapes. It was good.
Does anyone else have one? Do you have any good recipes for my sweet tooth that aren't loaded with calories. I like that my drink stayed under 100.

I tried kale, carrots, and tomatoes. That's wasn't as good. I made it drinkable by adding some grapes but I don't think I'll do tomatoes again. Or maybe just less of them.0

I put kale, strawberries, banana, rolled oats, little cinnamon, and unsweetened almond milk to make creamy. I don't know how many calories that is, but I enjoy it for breakfast.0
