30 Day Shred's.. What size weights?

Hi all, quick question to those doing 30 DAY SHRED. . .
What size hand weights are you using?
Im currently only using 2.5lbs (1.133 kg) in each hand. Pathetic compared to some of you's I know, but I cant see myself increasing just yet as my arms are Burning at the end of the routine!
Just curious really..

    Hiya, I'm using good ole canned black beans. Like you, my arms burn by the end of the video so I don't get hung up on the weight part. We all have our strengths, I cannot do a traditional push up and still do the modified version but I can do super deep squats and advanced ab moves. I think with 30DS the important thing is to keep pushing and do the entire video to keep your heart rate up and maximize calorie burn.

    In level one I used 2 pound weights to start, then after day 5 they felt too easy, so I use 5 pounds now, currently on day 7 level 2. I would like to upgrade again to 8 or 10 pounds soon, but I'm cheap and waiting for somewhere to put weights on sale lol.
