43 and working on improving my fitness for my general health, and racing GNCC. On a 3400 calorie/day diet at my activity level...hard to eat that much. Excer using lots, pushing myself, and now nicotine free for 28 days! (Used to chew Copenhagen...still want it but not touching the stuff)

    Keep it up my friend and do not even think of touching it. When I was younger, I used to smoke like a chimney. I cut it. When I realised how stupid I was that I was consuming my lungs and my money and for 6 years I have not touched it.
    Try to consume your calories, since you race.

    Thanks for the reply. I'm now a month without nicotine, and doing really well with it. I rarely have cravings anymore. At times, I'll feel the urge to use, and think "no, you don't want that" and it fades away pretty quickly. I've also saved almost $200 by not using nicotine for a month :smiley:
