i finished my first 5 weeks today and lost 9 lbs. it was hard the first few weeks. I eliminated all soda from my diet and started cooking at home. 2 weeks ago i started the couch to 5 k program. I used to suffer from severe acid reflux. With the diet change it is almost completly gone. I started out with high cholesterol and a high blood sugar lvl. Can't wait until next physical to see the changes. Can't wait to see what the next 5 weeks bring

    That's great.. amazing how diet change shows up fast in energy and getting rid of some serious health issues. Keep up the good work.
