Ankle, knee and hip

These places get very, very angry at me when I do any kind of walking or jogging. I just downloaded the C25K app and did day 1 (yay me!). These area's aren't as angry as they have been in the past, but still, they're pretty pissed. Does anyone have any good stretches for these areas? They tend to calm down after a decent stretch, but I have some trouble stretching them (mostly the hip).
