How's your Poo???

Options
hi
Yes how's your Poo?
I only ask because mine has changed since starting 3 weeks ago.
I was going every day. A nice clean poo daily always felt great.
But these past 3 weeks I have been going twice or once a week and they are not nice clean one!

Is this normal?
Was your Poo like this too????

    "Clean..." poo?

Anyway, whenever you change your eating habits, it's likely your elimination will change as well. Try adding in some fiber.

No change for me. Did you make a drastic change in what foods you eat? That can create some issues until your system adjusts.

Didn't look at your diary but when a lot of people start they cut to much fat from their diet and have issues. I know I did. Overall I greatly improved in this area after I cut out a lot of processed foods which were a staple prior to doing this.

    Mine didnt really change.

But then I didnt really change my foods either - just ate basically the same ones, but less of them.

    Yes, this^^.
The change is probably down to changing the foods you're eating.
More Fibre in your diet will definitely help.

That would do it. All of those veggies have loads of fiber. One of the best ways to get going again if you have had trouble doing so is to eat a huge salad. Cleans you right out.

I'm basically eating the same foods only less of them also but I've also added more fruits and veggies and I think the added fiber has been a benefit! Everything has been coming along nice and easy so that's an added benefit for me.

Sounds like you're constipated. Drink lots of water and eat fiber nutrient food.

ETA: Are you taking iron supplements?

Changes in what goes in are going to change what comes out.

Make sure you are getting enough fiber, and make sure you are staying hydrated.

No change in the type of food I consumed. No change in elimination.

Make sure you're getting enough fat in your diet, along with plenty of fiber and water. Find the right combo of those and you'll be golden :)

Once a day, in the morning. You can set your watch by it.
