I am 5'2 147 lbs. how long will it take me to lose 10 lbs? I exercise 3-4 times a week.

I think you should set your rate of loss on the App to 1 lb/week. And then shoot for 10-12 weeks at the fastest. If you eat at what the app tells you -- and you're accurate with all the weights of the food you eat -- you'll lose fastest in the first couple weeks and then it'll slow down after that. Don't give up if it slows down. Just keep logging.

If you follow the plan - hit your calorie goal consistently, weigh all your foods, use the correct entries, and no "cheating" - and you don't have any medical issues that interfere with weight loss, you should be able to accomplish that in 5 - 9 weeks.0

It would take me 8 weeks to lose that weight properly, but I could do it in 2 days if I starved myself and wore a neoprene sweat suit.
There is a better way.
MFP has recommendations about 1 pound of weekly weight loss where we log in our foods and exercises.
