Crunch Time/Frustrated

I have about 7 days until my final Navy weigh in. I'm really getting stressed, but trying to remain calm and postive at the same time. Last week I was weighing in at 181lbs, this week I'm weighing in around 184lbs. I know weight fluctuates, but my career is on the line, and I don't have time for my weight to fluctuate. Need some words of advice to lift my spirits--- all I can do is go hard on my workouts up until then.... I don't know what else to do, I feel my diet is in check, so feeling that is all I can do. i know everything is in GODs hands and his will will be done, but just don't want to feel like a failure, feeling frustrated.

Hiya, I don't know what the Navy requirements are, but you seem to have done a fantastic job so far, having lost 50 pounds. That's a lot of weight. Just keep it up, whatever you are doing. You are awesome, and you'll be ok!0
