MFP May Way Over-calculate Calories Burned

I find it interesting that MAP MY WALK calculated my calories burned for a 75 minute walk (at a 17 minutes mile average) at 910 calories and the website above calculated it at 340! This is an enormous difference. Not sure which one is right but the 910 seemed ridiculous to me so I did some looking around...

That's why I don't log it. I weigh and cross reference the food I log with other sources before logging it here and just make sure I hit the calorie amount I need. I'm also looking to lose weight and have done so successfully.
My advice is to get a Fitbit or the like to better track your burn if you're looking to log it0
