Hello! First timer. Thought this might help me reach my goal in completing a 5K in October. Any tips?

Make sure you have a good pair of running shoes. Get fitted at a running store for your first pair. Cotton is rotten.....Get socks and clothing for runners. Synthetic fabrics at running or sports stores are better. Cotton absorbs sweat and the synthetic draws it away from your skin. I'm not an expert but have learned a few things since starting a few years ago. Keep hydrated!0
