You lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn—period. Learn to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging works.

Weight-loss starts in the kitchen, fitness starts in the gym. As editorgrrl said, it's about a calorie deficit and accurate logging works. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.0

Make sure you're eating allthe protein and fiber allotted to you. Your body needs it all to repair itself while losing weight, and it will help you feel full. Good luck!0
