want to lose 60 pounds, improving mind and body

I started MyFitnessPal a week ago and find it helpful in my weightloss journey. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. I am a 53 year old female. Part of my health objective is physical. I'm also working on mind and emotions. I would appreciate texting with other people who are looking to lose weight, get stronger, gain flexibility and get healthier. The vivofit2 step and sleep tracker is helping motivation. The insight it gives on sleep is amazing. Let's connect and support each other!
