I'm not hungry, but I should be.

I have started cutting back and eating better in the last week or so but today I oddly don't feel hungry even though I should by now. Is this normal? Should I eat any way to avoid worse hunger later? Has this happened to you?

Sometimes, a little bit of food will show you that you're ready to eat! :)

Some days, I eat more. Some days, I eat less. Talking to people here and in real life, I've found that most people have hungrier and less hungry days, so they eat more or less, depending on how hungry they are.

The only people I've heard say they have exactly the same amount of hunger every single day and eat the same amount of calories every day have been here. That's not to say that they're lying, just that I don't know anyone IRL who has a hunger that never varies. So, I think it's common enough to have varying degrees of hunger, depending on the day.

Throw a period into the mix and the amounts of food wanted can go way up and way down.

I'm normally not a super hungry person, especially if I'm working a lot...but today I want to eat everything..just happens, no biggie!

Listen to your body! Something I could never do! Lol, trying to eat when hungry, stop when full, most of us wouldn't be here if they could do that.

I think it's pretty common for newbies.
