Need an alternative exercise for side plank hip raises.

Options
It's too hard one of my shoulders, even modified on the side of my knees and elbow instead of hand and feet.

I'm pretty good at alternatives or modifications for other exercises (using the couch for slightly elevated burpees and such) but I'm flummoxed on what I could do for that one.

I'm 45, 236 lbs and 5ft 3inches tall. I'm currently using fitness blender workouts.
