Hi

Does anyone know he best way to estimate calorie burn for strength training?

    I think most folks on here don't because it's so hard to calculate given so many factors that go into it. I use MFP's numbers and cut it in half. I'm sure I burn more than that but I like to eat my workout calories back and eating half never affected my bottom line.

    If it's an hour, figure in the low to mid 300's if for an hour.
