Below is my recipe for Parmesan Tilapia. It's a few more calories but the taste of the crispy topping is absolutely delicious.

    "Parmesan Tilapia"

    (Topping)
Sargento Artisan Blends - Parmesan, 3 tsp
Progresso - Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, (3 tsp)
    Land O Lakes - Butter - 1/2 Tbsp,
Bertolli - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/2 Tbsp

Melt butter in microwave, then mix with other topping ingredients. The topping is enough for two pieces of fish. I usually season my tilapia with parsley, garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

I season with italian seasoning and spread a tbsp of light mayo over top and then top with parm cheese. I bake at 375 for about 15-20 till it looks golden brown and bubbly. My 5 YO love this dish.
