Estimating the calories in foodcourt food at H Mart?

It's been over a month since I've eaten anything not homemade (yay friends who are fine with me cooking for us!), which is generally much better except I've really been craving one of my all-time favorite foods: the kimchi jigae from a stall in the foodcourt at H Mart. It comes with a small bowl of rice (about a cup, maybe a bit more, which I'm calling at 250 calories), a small plate of soybean sprouts (I'm calling at 1oz and 15cal), and a small plate of kimchi (I'm calling at 2oz and 16cal) or sometimes korean pickled radishes (I'm calling at again 2oz, 20cal.) With 280-ish calories worth of sides, I'm not expecting it to be a super low-calorie meal, but unless the soup itself has over a thousand calories, I'm craving it enough (and it's filling enough) to set aside a day specifically for it. However, I'm finding calorie counts ranging from 168 per cup (which seems pretty low for anything but homemade, especially since there's only about two cups in a bowl) to closer to 500 per cup (which is enough that I'd probably hold off for 20lb and use it to celebrate hitting a normal weight, so I'd like to know for sure if it's that high.) It's got kimchi, scallions, peppers, tofu, and pork (and more ingredients, including a broth, that I can't identify.) Does anyone have an idea for the calories in this, or tips for figuring it out?

I would just post the entry with the most calories. After all, it would be better to overestimate what you eat. It's what I do when I eat something that doesn't have it's nutritional facts posted online.

Pick the worst entry you can find, and add a zero.

Any time I can't know the calories, I look up five similar things, take the highest number and add however many hundred I can reasonably assume there were. And I know it's not accurate, so I don't stress too much over it. :)
