Three months ago I weighed 226 pounds my weight as of today is 198 my goal weight is 150 . My monthly goal is to try to lose 5-10 pound a month

    Congrats on your success so far. What was your calorie intake and did you exercise?

    Um it depends but usually I ate about 1300 calories a day and yes I did exercise I didn't go to the gym I did a lot of at home exercises i use the 8 fit app
