I am just getting started on using this app and so far I love it! Only issue I have is that I lift weights and when I put the info In and add it to my log it won't show the amount of cal I burn. For example for bench press I did 4 sets with 6 reps at 175 pounds. But it shows 0 cal burned any one know what I'm doing wrong or go to properly add stuff like this in?

You have to log "strength training" under cardio in order to get a burn estimation. But take it with a grain of salt, because it's going to be much higher than what you actually burned due to differences in reps, sets, rest time, loading/deloading, intensity, etc. than someone else with your stats.0
