I used to eat cliff bars every morning because they are packed with protein. However, I did additional research and found out they are unhealthy and contain a lot of sugar. My goal is to lose 10 pounds. I am now 5'5 and 115. I want to also gain some muscle and basically get toned. Any tips/advice/ food recipes will be a big help!! :) thanks! :p

I like to eat a high fiber English muffin with either a chicken sausage patty, an overeasy egg or both as a sandwich with a side of fruit. Takes 5 minutes to make, is filling, healthy, tasty and cheap!

I'm not trying to become underweight but I have a lot of fat on my thighs (inner and outer thigh fat) and my thighs are not firm. The only way I can lose the fat from my thighs is losing weight all over as there is no such thing and spot reduction

I'd second the other user's post about having a high fibre muffin. If I have extra time in the mornings I like to make a skillet breakfast with sweet potatoes and whatever veggies I have, and put a runny egg on top.

My go-to breakfast is a crustless broccolli , ham and cheese quiche. Recipe is on pinterest. It's amazing, I even swap broccoli for spinach on some days. I love I'm or a few pieces of lean turkey bacon and an egg white and veggie omelet.
