If you tell me what type of foods you like I would be happy to share you with some of my favorite meals.
Bon appetite
●Homemade spaghetti sauce with fresh tomatoes or canned, ground chicken , green peppers, onion, garlic, mushrooms, a shake of red peper flakes, Italian seaoning, salt and peper. All seasonings to your taste. Instead of pasta use fresh zucchini in a Spiral cut or shreded. Steam zucchini or saute it in a little olive oil. (1TBS)
Serve sauce over zucchini,
Toss green salad with fresh dark greens,
Steamed asparagus
Lite dressing of your liking
●Note: Make extra sauce to freeze for another quick easy meal of a veggie lazagna made with layers of grilled eggplant and squash , spinach, low fat ricotta cheese, low fat cottage cheese, and shredded parmesian cheese. All layered with sauce.
