Counting burgers?

How do you log calories for burgers from chains (Wendy's, Five Guys, Meatheads) when you get them with limited toppings (usually just cheese) and only eat half the bun? Just looking for general estimates for adjusting the calories that are usually listed for the full items. Of course the macros are important too (most of the carbs are in the bun, and most of the fat and protein are in the beef?)
Thanks!
Thanks!

If it is in the database you can log what you didn't get on your burger as a negative. For example if just the bun is listed log the burger and then log the bun as -.50 serving.0

Some of the bigger chains have builders on their website so that you can build your burger and get the nutritional information.0
