So I haven't really eaten many chops lately so this issue hasn't really come up.
So with meat with bones like a chop the nutritional information is based on the meat. So to get an accurate measure I would have to weigh them before I eat them then the bones after? Is that right?
Its just the calories for these chops seems very high, to the point of putting me off eating them. But I am guessing the bone makes up a decent chuck of the weight.
Anyone got an estimated on calories for 178g fore quarter chop.
Sigh I should just stick with steak, chicken breast etc cause its simple.

Calories are usually based on the amount of edible food, excluding bones, pits, etc. If you want the best estimate, you can weigh before and after and just log the meat as boneless.0
