Hi,

My name is Jackie. Recently got out of a 6 year relationship. During that time frame I gained 76 lbs. My goal is to lose all of it by February 14, 2016. Valentine's day has always been my favorite holiday! It's been hard for me to lose weight now because I can't seem to walk for a while without my knees hurting.

I'm 24 years old. Weigh 203.5 Lbs and want to reach 128 lbs again.

Let me know if you're interested in becoming work out buddies. I just started my weight loss journey this week, my buddy and I have the following planned out:

-Weigh ins every Wednesday to keep track of weight
-Final weigh in at the beginning of the next month...need to lose 10 lbs each month....this will be different for each person
-Water, teas, black coffee and protein shakes as drinks...no sodas or sugar added to any of the drinks
-Healthy meals...no fried food, less carbs, less fat, more protein
-Saturdays are mess up days
-Every way in take a picture Front, Back, and both sides....in order to make a flip book of losing weight
-On your start start take a picture of your face alone...will take one on Vday
