28 and 6 foot

Hello all!!

I am a 28 y/o married with twins and trying to get right to live a full life for my family. I have lost 16 pounds as of today and would love to know If anyone uses any unconventional work out methods.

Right now I use my Wii. I do a prescribed 4 day on 3 day off regiment via EA Sports Active 2 with my husband. Try to walk more getting about 3k-5k steps a day. And playing Zumba 2/ Zumba Core/ and getting in between cardio from Just Dance 3 and 4. I don't feel like spending money in a gym and I love that the Active 2 changes constantly so you don't plateau!

Anyone had success going the virtual route? Let me know!
