IN NEED OF FRIENDS &/OR MOTIVATORS

I am a 56 yr old widowed female. Up until about a month ago I never went to a gym. My current weight is 180. My heaviest was 255. I did get down to 171 but have been having problems with motivation & portion control. I'm really wanting to get down to about 150 provided I'm still healthy inside & out at that weight! Please friend me.
