Advice on calories etc.

Hello everyone, my names Stacey! I'm a 19 year old 5'3 girl who weighs 155lb, I'm currently trying to drop about 30lb. I would like some advice on how many calories I should be eating whilst jogging 20-30 minutes every day. My current goal is to lose 8lb in a month as I want to be fit and healthy for when I go back to University, does anyone have any good advice as to how I can do that?

    You are looking a 7000 calories per week deficit to loose 2 lbs per week. I would recommend a macro ratio of 40% protein, 30% fat and 30% carbohydrates. That should put you around 120 grams of protein. It may seem high, but the goal is to loose fat not muscle. Try to keep you carbohydrates between 80 to 100 grams if you can. Hope whatever path you take will be successful.
