Hey everyone! So I've really gotten into my green power smoothie. I typically make it with almond milk, a banana, strwberries, blueberries, spinach, kale, ground flax seed, and protein powder. However, I don't like waking my roommates up with the sound of the blender. Should I make it the night before, or will it loose most of its nutrients? Thanks!

Same here. I make them twice a week ans store them in the fridge. I have had them after 4 days. Also froze a few to take in the field durning hunting. Don't think they lose any nutritional value and still taste good.0

Awesome! I'll probably start doing that then! Especially if I'm only drinking it the morning after. Thanks!0
