Macros calc

hi there. I am just struggling to figure out the right macros percent for myself. I am doing insanity 60day program. I am 5ft 3 weigh 116/117lbs. I have done the benedict cAlc for calorie and identifying what calorie deficit (-500) I need and it gave me the magic number 1536cals (if I am doing insanity). And 1305cals if I am sedentary. I split my macros 35protein 34carb 31fat but this did nothing to burn fat. Should I increase protein percent and reduce fat? Any advice appreciated.

Changing your macros to have different proportions of protein or fat will not make you lose fat any faster than another proportion. Fat loss always comes down to CICO (calories in < calories out).
You say that you didn't lose any fat... how long did you keep up this calorie intake? There is a chance that you weren't accurately logging and hence, ate at your maintenance calories or above.- Are you weighing foods with an electric food scale?
- Are you weighing accurately? i.e. using cups instead of grams
- How are you obtaining your calorie burns? MFP, HRM or machines?
