I mix it in with my daughters oatmeal. I don't use it much for cooking but I use it as a makeup remover, cleanser and moisturizer for my face and body0

I fry green beans with it, and use a tsp in hot chocolate0

Pretty much anything. I love it with my scrambled eggs. I use both unrefined and the refined. Sometimes I want to enjoy the coconut taste, sometimes I don't want it in there (like when I am baking with it in certain recipes).0

Coconut oil is amazing! I cook anything sweet and fried in it, use it on my skin, add a tablespoon to smoothies. People use it for oil pulling and you can even use it for lube0

In the spring I use it to prevent sunburn. Each morning I add 5 tablespoons to my morning cup of coffee. Best to taper in from 1 teaspoon or you may be in for a moving experience. I stated it to cut my arthritis pain. Between the CO and cutting out most all form of sugar and grains my arthritis pain got fixed in about 30 days.0
